Thanks for your interest in adopting a Corgi!
IMPORTANT: See our article on
the ForPaws Adoption Process
to learn how adoptions are completed.
Please use the on-line web
form. If that does not
work for you, then you can use the following instructions to send
your information via an e-mail message.
The first step is to fill
in the application form. The purpose of this
information
is
to be
certain
we are placing
you
with the right dog. There are no wrong answers -- we just want to
be sure we don't place, for example, a dog who doesn't like cats
with
a
family that has three of them!
INSTRUCTIONS: Copy the following text into an
e-mail message. Add your answers and e-mail to

INFORMATION ABOUT THE DOG YOURE LOOKING FOR:
=============================================
To help us know more about what you are looking for, here are some questions on what
type of dog you'd like. If you don't have a preference, or it isn't strong, let us
know. The more flexible you are on the dog, the more likely we can find a match. But
we want to be sure it's a dog you really like!
Do you have a preference for a Pembroke or Cardigan?
Would you consider a mix?
Is there an age range you would prefer? When is a dog too young, or
too old for you to accept?
Do you prefer a specific gender?
Do you have a strong color preference, or dislike?
Do you want an athletic (high energy dog) or more of a couch potato?
Would you be willing and able to accept a dog that needs extra medical
care or special training, such as a dog with kidney problems, or a deaf dog?
Thanks for taking the time to reply, and we'll be in touch!
