Due to a continued high volume of requests, ForPaws can not currently accept dogs for posting from individuals.

The primary mission of this site is to find homes for dogs that come to us via shelters or other rescuers with whom we have an established relationship. We are not primarily a posting service, nor are we staffed to provide such a service.

We suggest that you investigate Petfinders (http://www.petfinder.org). Their primary mission is to offer a posting service for rescue animals.

If someone has suggested you contact us to post a dog, we would appreciate it if you could let them know.
